Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. The annual discount applies immediately. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my trial expires?
After 30 days the application will ask you to activate a paid license. All your data, settings, and configurations are preserved. Purchase a license and you're back to work in seconds.
Can I use ScadaCube on air-gapped machines?
Yes. After purchase you receive a .lic file by email that works completely offline. Import it in the Activation dialog. No internet required.
How many machines can I activate?
Professional licenses allow 1 machine per seat. Site licenses allow up to 10 machines at a single facility. Cloud / VM licenses use floating seats shared across your infrastructure. Need more than 10 machines? Contact us for a custom quote.
What if I cancel my subscription?
Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the application will ask for a new license. Your data and settings are never deleted.
How long does setup take?
Less than 30 seconds. Download ScadaCube, enter your AutoStore controller IP address, and all 15 analysis tabs light up with live data. No IT tickets, no agents to install, no middleware, no infrastructure changes. There is no account registration. Just download and run.
Do I need IT approval to use ScadaCube?
In most companies, no. ScadaCube is a desktop app that connects read-only to your AutoStore controller. At EUR 149/mo it falls under most department budgets without requiring executive sign-off or a formal procurement process. Your data stays on your machine. Nothing is sent to the cloud.
